Revive is the name of our project for patients, families and staff at the Acute Stroke Unit in St Helier Hospital. Artists have gone through stringent DBS checks, and passed, attended a meticulously thorough Induction Day (glad that's over!) and are awaiting the go-ahead from Epsom and St Helier Trust.
The project has already started, check out our previous post, with major improvements to the ward environment. The next step, thanks to the generous support of Sutton Community Fund and St Helier Hospital Trust, will be our artists entering the arena and offering creative activities that will nurture the wellbeing and rehabilitation of patients and families.
