Hearts by Fay De Winter for the Royal Marsden

Fay has made about 100 hearts that are intended for the Royal Marsden Hospital, we don't have photos of all of them yet, but we have to share these beautiful ones, made to honor the lives of those loved one who have moved onto the next part of their adventure.
